Jonathan Marks

Jonathan is Founder and CEO of Clinical Medical Real Estate Solutions, Clinical Advisory Group and the Physicians Fund. He is a trusted advisor to physicians, medical groups, hospitals and investors for their Medical Real Estate and has been one of the pioneers leading the charge for more optimal solutions for the Healthcare Real Estate Industry since previously launching Cresa's Medical Practice Group in 2013.

He has been involved in the more than 2,000,000 square feet of acute-care and outpatient clinical space negotiations with values of approximately $1 Billion on behalf of his many specialty physician & hospital clients. 

 

Clinical makes Medical Real Estate Simple and takes things to the next level with cutting edge data & insights to improve clinical throughput, streamline operations, reduce costs, mitigate risks and enhance value for all stakeholders at each of their medical facilities.

Jonathan earned his degrees in Economics & International Business at Brandeis University in Boston MA and is an Alum of The Wharton School of Business in Philadelphia PA.

Michael Swanson 

Michael is a 30+ year veteran in the commercial real estate industry with extensive Healthcare expertise. He has managed day to day real estate portfolio's for Davita (500+ locations) and US Oncology Mckesson (250+ Locations) at global real estate firms Cushman & Wakefield and  CBRE. He has negotiated more than 1,000 transactions, spanning more than 2.5 Million Square Feet and saved his clients over $100 Million, He joins Clinical to lead it's Portfolio team managing specialty medical group and health system portfolio's.

Walter LeStrange

Walter along with Jeff lead Clinical Advisory Group focused on aligning clinical strategy, operations and real estate. He is a seasoned healthcare executive with over 25 years of experience driving growth, operational transformation, and financial performance across hospitals, multi-site medical groups, and private equity–backed platforms. He has held senior roles at Health Plus Management, Nuvance Health, Zenyth Partners, and ProHEALTH (an Optum company), leading integrations, scaling platforms, and delivering improved EBITDA and operational results. A former Registered Nurse, Walter combines clinical insight with executive acumen, known for bridging strategy and execution. He’s led many high-impact initiatives. Walter collaborates closely with private equity sponsors and physician leaders to align operations and position organizations for sustainable growth.

Jeff Tarlowe

Jeff along with Walter leads Clinical Advisory Group focused on aligning clinical strategy, operations and real estate. He has extensive healthcare expertise spans more than 30 years in finance and operations. As CFO of Optum Care, East Region, he oversaw expansion to more than 600 medical sites, 30+ specialties and over $1 billion in revenue. At Zenyth Partners and Health Plus Management, he drove substantial EBITDA and revenue growth for medical groups by adding clinical services, new providers, and streamlining operations. Jeff has also been an entrepreneur and investor, co-founding a health-tech startup in partnership with Mayo Clinic in addition to a $100 million venture fund with Merck, focused on new innovative technologies in operational excellence.
