In the process, all other furniture and equipment / technology needs will be reviewed and planned for with our team.

Budget
Our PM team will review the approved test fit and all necessary requirements to prepare an estimated order of magnitude budget for the build out.

Bid Process
We will handle the bid process and interview 3 industry respected contractors apples to apples to reduce costs and mitigate risks on the project.

Select Vendors
After the bid process is complete, our team will assit in hiring the desired contractor who is best suited for this specific project.

Oversee Construction
Clinical's team will be there to oversee the project to continually make sure the scope of work is being followed and that it gets done on time and on budget.

Run Weekly Meetings
Our PM will coordinate weekly meetings, track meetings minutes and keep everyone on schedule with to do lists so every week conitnues to move clsoer towards completion.

Finalize Project
